Power Tower Maintenance Work

As part of the maintenance activities at the Energie AG Power Tower building in Linz, GIG Service carries out comprehensive annual maintenance measures on the entire façade.

After user-specific training on the permanently installed façade access system, the entire surface is inspected for damage and secure attachment of components. This also includes checks in exposed areas by certified industrial climbers and, where necessary, the use of personnel lifting equipment with official road closures.

To keep disruptions to the building during inspections as minimal as possible for our client, careful coordination and planning are essential.

Comprehensive functionality checks of the interior areas (e.g. inspection of the shading systems) are primarily carried out during nighttime operations. This ensures that office activities within the building are not affected during the day.

If any damage to the building envelope is identified, it is documented in the maintenance reports and repaired in coordination with the client. These measures ensure full-service maintenance of the building envelope throughout its lifecycle.
