Façades must withstand wind and weather for many years. For this reason, all new developments are subjected to rigorous testing in advance to identify and rectify any weaknesses early on.
To ensure the best quality and maximum safety for you, GIG produces fully functional prototypes. These are tested both in-house and by independent institutes according to the relevant standards, such as BS (British Standard), EN, or CWCT tests following British Standards (air resistance, air permeability, watertightness, impact resistance).

Thorough Testing
We have the largest façade test box in Europe, where we not only conduct standardized test sequences but also custom-developed test sequences.
All test results are precisely documented in independent test reports by an accredited independent testing institute. Only after this process we proceed to large-scale implementation and serial production.
